KEN CROMPTON'S FINAL WISH

Sadly on February 24, 2010 Ken Crompton (Pete's father) passed away peacefully following a battle with esophageal cancer. Ken will be greatly missed by his family and his many, many friends. There will be a "Celebration of Ken's Life" in April and we will come together at that time to honour Ken and his extraordinary life.

It was Ken's wish to the end that the Pete Would Go Ski Day would proceed, regardless of his personal situation. It was important for him to know that this special day celebrating Pete's memory and raising funds for The Pete Crompton Foundation would continue for many years. He was actively engaged in the preparation, carefully reviewing details, until his health finally failed.

The members of The Pete Crompton Foundation and the Ski Day Team are committed to making this year’s 7th Annual Pete Would Go Ski Day especially memorable and we invite our many supporters to join us and help realize Ken's wish.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Pete Crompton Foundation in Ken's memory will be gratefully accepted.
